The Climate Action Plan (CAP) was developed over the course of a year by UT Facilities Services with support from Make Orange Green, the Committee on the Campus Environment, and the Office of the Chancellor. The plan presents a conceptual approach UT can adopt to fulfill the terms of the American College and University Presidents’ Climate Commitment (ACUPCC).
